I am trying to link my online profile to my account.

On Friday 16/08/2013 I called the call centre and updated my details.

Firstly my call got dropped and I got routed around several unnecessary times. The welcome message is excessively long and unnecessary.

Secondly, after updating my details the call agent said that it would take 24 hours to update. This seems absurd since it is systems based it should be almost instantaneous. Nevertheless, it is now Wednesday 21/08/2013 and I still cannot link my account to my profile.

Typically useless.
