I have been struggling for the past couple of months to get my edgars account linked to my online profile.
After four attempts, it didnt want to work and after numerous attempts of receiving help form the call centre, my account would not link to my online profile.

Yesterday I contacted the call centre again and received help from Ayanda Galela, he tried numerous different ideas to fix the problem all were unsuccessful. He took down my details and said he would contact me the following day after he had spoken to someone for help with the issue. To my surprise I received a call from him and now my account is finally linked to my profile.

After a long struggle, Ayanda was able to help me. Please give him my thanks and appreciation.
