Worst service EVER!

I have been unsuccessfully trying to obtain a statement from Edgars on my account.

I need it to apply for student loans for my children. I have even registered online, tried to link my account to my online profile, requested statements from the call centre and to no avail. This has been now almost tow weeks that I have been given the run around - changing my online password and endless excuses and "oh sir, this will take 72 hours..."

What a lot of nonsense!

How is it possible that there is actually NO SERVICE. This morning I phone the 0800 203 925 number, it is now 8:59 and it just tell you the business hours! Maybe someone's watch stopped working!

Is it possible that I can have a statement before 10:00 today?

Or just link a statement to my online profile!

I feel like shouting, but don't want to be rude!

This is pathetic!
