I have been trying to claim for over a month now. Every time I get matched with a consultant, I don' get called or emailed. I am the one you has to phone multiple times a day just to find out the basic of how far the claim is. I did not get replied to by email until I threatened to place an ad here. What poor service is that? I figured phoning is the only way I can actually get a response from you guys. I got passed though many consultants who struggled to pick up that it was my 3rd phone in a year. Even after I queried it I was assured that my claim would go through, only to find it getting declined a day later. I finally found a competent consultant, Emanual, who said he will email Hollard and see if they will give me a new phone early as my first phone was on the 31/08/2012. He told me it may take the week but if he does not get a reply he will let me know anyway. I called a week later, nothing. I gave him another week, nothing. I have been trying to get hold of him for a week now. Every single time I call he is busy, I leave my details and haven't been called back once. A whole week to try reach a consultant? That is pathetic. No customer service and no respect at all.
