Poor service to a "valued customer"

I have just applied for an extension on my loan as I am in desperate need of some vehicle maintenance..

I have been a loyal customer for a few years and I have never missed a payment.

I did the application on line, it was not even a huge amount and the website came back to tell me that my application was successful and I need to phone 021 764 3839 to complete the agreement. Magdalene just told me that it was declined and she is unwilling to assist any further..

I am extremely unhappy with this situation and it does not make sense to me at all! I frequently get call from them saying what a valued customer I am and trying to sell me all kinds of policies and ..

I cannot believe the way they treat their "valued customers"!!!
I am really sorry that I EVER chose them when I needed assistance...

Never again!!!
