I have been a Cell C customer for the past two years (on contract), i cancelled my contract at the end of October as it had finished. I then reconsidered and wanted to enter into another contract. I went into the Cell C store in Phoenix and spoke to a consultant who tried everything to help but the head office refused to open the contract as my contract had a "DT" status. They needed me to re-submit all the initial documents. It was less than a month since cancelling my contract but they refused to help me. I have never missed a single payment and had an excellent payment profile with them, the consultant spoke to various department and although they could see that i was a very good customer, they refused to help me. I asked if they didnt mind losing my business and me as a customer to which they replied there was nothing i could do. Is that how Cell C treats their loyal customers. I am a very unhappy customer whose thinking of changing the network. Certainly dont feel like a valued customer and was not treat like one either.
