Direct Axis
No response even though I was promised a call

I've been a valued customer of Direct Axis for a long period of time. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to call and make a further loan application and so I tried the internet. The site threw me out thrice during the process, all that I wanted is access to cash in a quick turnaround time however this has not been the experience. After my last try which was semi-succesful I was told my application could not be processed at the time and I would be contacted but I'm still waiting to be contacted.
