I am absolutely disappointed in the very slow progress and delay with Indwe in handling a claim. We have a combined policy as a family and spend thousand of rands on insurance premiums only to have 2nd rate service. My mother had an accident on the 6th of August 2013. Claim no. 541756. It actually saddens me to see that after 2 weeks there has been no progress and very limited feedback. I'm also disappointed in having to chase after people to get any news/feedback

I would like an immediate response and priority escalated as my mother has been sitting without a vehicle for 2 weeks.
