Summons shoved in gate for a PAID property

I had to go under debt review in 2009, went about it following all the rules, debt counsellors, renegotiated payment terms, the whole nine yards. Up to 20th August this year (almost 4 years later) ABSA were happily taking my payments every month without a peep. The debt review division guys would even call once a month to find out how things were going and confirm the latest payment etc. Coming home after work on the 20th August I was greeted by a Summons document literally shoved in my gate, with all my confidential info, ID number, bond account info, EVERYTHING available to any Joe public inside the complex. No sign of a sheriff anywhere.
According to the summons my mortgage loan agreement was "lost in a fire". There is supposed to be a letter from a manager confirming the occurrence attached as an Annexure. Looking at the "Annexure" one is pleasantly surprised to find an internal ABSA enquiry printout. I've been through the whole summons document and I still can't find "the letter".
I tried following the channels of communication, logged the challenge on the ABSA website. That was almost two weeks ago, to date NO-ONE has contacted me. WORST SERVICE EVER! TransUnion Credit Report available
