I purchased a dishwasher from Game on 03 Feb and paid via EFT (as agreed with a Game staff member). It's already been a week and they are still not in a position to confirm receipt of my payment. I've spoken to the staff member and a manager about this a few times, and have recently re-sent proof of payment). I had to send a screen shot of the EFT after faxing proof of payment on the date of purchase. I find this both bizarre and unacceptable. Having said that there hasn't been a question of any poor attitude from the Game staffers I've dealt with. It's probably a combination of poor internal processes and lethargy within Game.
