I HAD CALLED IN 3 TIMES TO THE CALL CENTRE REGARDING MY INCORRECT BALANCE REFLECTING BY THE 3RD TIME I ASKED THE CONSULTANT PLEASE CALL ME BACK IF WE GET CUT OFF BECAUSE IT WAS A MATTER OF URGENCY I NEEDED MY ACCOUNT SORTED OUT NO ONE CALLED BACK I CALLED AGAIN LEAVING A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME ITS HAS BEEN A WEEK NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. NO ONE AT STD BANK CAN EXPLAIN HOW MY BALANCE JUMPED A R4000 THIS IS RIDICULOUS IF THIS IS THE SERVICE I WILL BE RECIEVING AFTER 10 YEARS OF BANKING WITH STD BANK I WOULD RATHER TAKE MY BANKING ELSE WHERE
