After all the drama since 06/01/2013 capitec bank still fails me and therefore i regret banking with them. On the 11/01/2013 i went to bank opposite cape town station and the consultant advised that I had a negetive balance in my account due to debits that didnt go through sometime in December? funny cos everytime i swipe my card i recieved an sms confirming money deducted in my account. Moving on he explained that i could make an arrangement for the payment of negetive balance and called the head office, I spoke to a Thando who assured that I would be called back in 24hrs for the arrangement. It is now 4 days later and i still have not recieved the call instead the money being deposited in my account is being deducted. Who should be blamed for their incompetence? I for believe that no one banking with capitec bank should pay back this negetive balance till they learn to better communicate and manage their bank. If its not bad service we complaining about, its ur cellphone banking thats forever offline or unavailable atms, long queues and now mis management of our funds! I am still waiting for the call 96 hours late
