Charged fee for over draft when I dnt have one

I have a biz acc with std bnk and have been charged over draft fees ever since but I dnt have a over draft facility that I applied for or agreed on, I had a balance of R4702.00 lately and withdrew R4000 leaving me with 702.00 bal, I then swiped for R102.00 and was left with R600 balance, Upon checking my balance on cell phone banking, I noticed a balance of R4600.00 and thought I received a payment so I withdrew R4500.00, I then received a payment around R1999.50 and this morning when I checked my online banking, I noticed I was in negative balance and there was no R4000 payment received so where did the R4000 come from, I also noticed an over draft fee so I called the bank who then told me that I went into over draft, how is this possible as much as the money was useful, I did not ask for this and do not want to be in a neg with the bank, I asked the lady why did my acc go into overdraft, She said that when there is fees etc owing, the acc goes into overdraft, I said to her that I had 602.00 in my account before the R4000.00 came in, How can I owe the bank, I am taking this to the banking ombudsman since I now cannot afford to pay da 4000 back now as I didn't ask for this
