Called through the call centre, Mary Anne answered, absolutely pleasant person, always tried to accommodate me. called through for a quote, tried her level best to be competitive and in trying to keep me as a client, offered me assurances that she would get someone higher to get me a more competitive price. absolute gem of a person, wish we could have more representatives like her, it would make looking around for prices so much more pleasant.
