Being spoken to like a child! shocked

This woman from ABSA vehicle and asset finance called me to enquire about an amount in arrears on my account for an insurance policy which was issued without my consent, money had been taken out of my account by ABSA insurance without agreement from my side, these funds were reversed by myself. Anyway, the matter is being sorted out between myself and ABSA insurance, and I tried to explain the situation to bring her into understanding as to why I reversed the amount, but this consultant Alice, was SO rude, telling me to keep quiet, and speaking to me in a particularly condescending manner. This is just not the way you speak to a client, regardless of the circumstances. I cannot accept that ABSA condones this kind of behaviour. I am totally shocked.. this person should not be put in charge of dealing with customers, she does not know how to speak to clients, and certainly has no knack for problem solving.
