DOUBLE DEBIT!!!

I pay my contract with babereki on the 27th of each month and I did so this month (27 Jan 2014). But lo and behold, my account was debited again on 30 Jan 2014. This has caused me so much distress right now as I was supposed to use that money. REFUND MY MONEY!!!
