Poor trained employees

I'd like to tell the world that I waited in a queue for over half an hour with a crabby grandchild and irritated daughter waiting in the car - only to find that thevlady I waited for told me she was not trained to issue cheque books!!!

Mind I also state that it's 2 weeks that I'm waiting for this checkbook

A similar delayed fnb incident happened in ptatcentral and my car was towed away after being held in the bank longer then expected.
