In 16th of August i received a call from FNB regarding opening an account for my son. The lady opened the account and linked it to my account. She informed me to go and collect a card from my closest FNB. I went to Jacaranda branch and stood in line for about 30 min only to be informed that i am in the wrong line. I was asked to see a consultant. I waited another 20 min. I complained about this to Stembile and she promtly asked me not to complain to her but her Branch manager. As it turned out the incorrect account was opened and they had to go through the entire proses again. I was obviously very upset about this and asked to speak to the manager. She was unwilling to speak with me as she Busy. Stembile then told me that she will not take my attitude and refused to help me. She promptly got up and walked away. I tried to speak with Mandy and she said that i will have to wait. I told her that i will go to standard bank to open a new account she gave me the thumbs up!!! shocking shocking service
