Waited for 2hours to use the ATm at Sandton City

Got to FNB Sandton City to deposit money at the ATM that's in found of their bank on level 5. I joined the queue at about 1115am and by then only one machine was working. People complained because the queue was getting longer and not working, but the consultants kept on saying the machines were being serviced and there was nothing there could do. I waited in the queue till 1345pm and i was still not near the ATM... then the one working ATM went offline as well. I then left and went to be serve on level 3 inside the bank. I am so disappointed especially considering that this happened in Sandton city. I'm sure smaller banks can provide better service. Its totally unacceptable to wait for more than 2hrs jus for banking and not get the service., ...I wish FNB practised what they preached... and this is the second time this has happened at the Sandton Branch. Very disappointed and feel let down.
