I recently opened an account with Nedbank randfontein branch, I went to collect my cards and the service consultant by the name of Paulina modukanele gave me a bad attitude, she screamed at me instead of helping me, every 1 in the banking hall could hear her, she said she needs to go on lunch and I'm wasting her time, how the am I supposed to feel after that experience I got from that branch today? who the does she think she is? people like her don't need to be working for the bank if she can't handle customers.

My experience at Nedbank (randfontein) branch was so traumatising, if this is the treatment 1 gets, I might as well close my account. This is unacceptable, Paulina Modukanele needs to go for Customer service training nd she might as well learn the batho pele principles.
