Not keeping to arrangements

I've got a cellular contract with Bayport Financial Services. Even though the reception is extremely bad I have to continue with them because all my clients have that number. I had an arrangement with them, made last week Thursday that by today, Friday a week later, I will have my account up to date. This afternoon, just after 14:00, they disconnected my services. The first call center agent I spoke to assured me that my services will be re connected immediately after payment was made. I went and made a cash payment to their account and faxed the proof of payment 3 times just to be informed that the services can not be reconnected as promised. I kept my side of our agreement in paying the arrears in time just for them not to honor their side of our arrangement. I had tot make payments to my staff but due to them I could not.
