WRONGFULLY PUT ON ITC

My wife had a loan by Bayport Financial Services wich she was laid off at work and to our understanding that the POLICY would pay for the next six months and afterwards the customer must pay or made arrangements to pay the rest of the loan that is remaining it must be paid, but to my disatisfaction after we made a big efford to pay the loan in full we found that Bayport Financial Services did put my wife on ITC for next TWO YEARS and I found that very unprofecienal and discracefull without notifying my wife of their intentions and she ows them nothing and infact they did search in her account every week and after my wife made arrangements with them to pay a certain amount until she find work again they just carry on going into her banking account and they created alot of unnessarry bank service charges and they never refunded us what a bad way of doing bussiness we are very dissapointed and dont mention their interest rate they charge their customers it is out of this world... from Sedick.
