My car is now a write off SERIOUSLY!!!

Miway eventually came back to me regarding a complaint i sent a week ago, the panelbeaters came to collect my car saying its gonna be fixed, on monday i received a call from miway explaining that if my car cost 25 000 rands i will be liable for the 5000, i told them i don't have that money they then said its fine they will give me the 20 000, i will have my car fixed on my own, which was okay, i even started getting quotes, now today i get an sms from miway saying my car is a write off, how is that now, my car was okay when they took it, it was still drivable, the only part that was defect was the front bumper and the front lights, i dont know how that can course a car to be a write off, no one calls me to explain anything they just send an sms, im afraid they are did something to my car, I've never had such treatment before, i still cant believe this, at this point all i want is my car, miway failed me big time.
