It is almost impossible to make contact with the Absa (Life) call centre- Tried for 2 days and over 30 minutes of waiting on the line "while all their consultants were busy".
Eventually after making contact- I was "put on hold" and had to start the process over. I have still not resolved my query but will be looking to close my accounts.
Barclays need to seriously assist with customer service.
