We suffered a burst pipe on 01/09/2013, after 5 phone calls we finally got an assessor to come round. He said the claim would be approved, but then heard nothing. It's now late October and still no contact. Trying to get through to the call centre is impossible, been on hold for 30 minutes and no pickup. Shocking shocking shocking service!!
