Ad attitude from staff/bad service

I have been requesting clarity on my accounts since i have realised that the interest is being charged on my accounts, my debt has doubled since i joined consumer assist and no staff member want to assist its either i get told that the person working on my account has resigned or went to the ladies. I call them every time BUT still get no feedback but they deduct their money every month without fail.

i thought their main aim was to provide solution to the client not make the situation worse. i demand feedback and rectification on all my accounts asap, till today i still have unanswered questions from them cause they never get back to me after they promise they will.i think they are just taking my money and not helping me. 3debts are paid in full but the consultant who assisted me the other day told me i will have to pay more..for what? why cant they pay at least more to the remaining debts instead of wanting more from me?

I want my accounts rectified please, no interest has to be added up.
consumer assist need to rectify this with immediate effect.
