Burst Geyser Cost - not repayed

On Sunday 21 July 2013 my geyser burst.
I am insured with ABSA for this seeing that my bond is registered with ABSA as well.
I could not get hold of a person at the ABSA insurance company (nr. 0860 109)
I then phoned a plumber to come and isolate my geyser and disconnect all electronics w.r.t the geyser at a cot of R1900.
I got hold of an operator @ 19:30 that Sunday evening.
The geyser and resulting damage was fixed after I paid my R1000.
I was transferred to Ofentse who was handling my claim in order for ABSA to reimburse my R1900 for the plumbers I had to get out on that Sunday evening.
I was told this is not a problem and that I must send through the invoice to [Email Removed]
I sent the first e-mail on 23/07/2013.
Followed up on this e-mail 31/07/2013.
During this time I phoned twice: Ofentse not being available once. Left a message at reception every time and never was phoned back.
I phoned again (nr.0860 30 20 11) Claim number 2419112 on 16/08/2013. Ofentse was once again not available and left another message with no reply.
This is totally unacceptable.
