Budget Insurance
Services Offered... NOT COOL!

So Budget calls me and offers me insurance that is like half (R649) of what I was paying at Miway (R987) which has all the things that I had on my insurance with Miway. I go for it and tell them to register me as their customer. I immediately cancel my insurance with Miway. Budget (the not so cool company) calls me again like a week later and confirm that I am registered with them and to inform me that the money will be deducted. I choose to ensure that my vehicle was covered for everything that I wanted which was covered by Miway. The consultant I spoke to says that she forgot to put in other extras that I required and thus my policy amount will now be R1 277. I'm like stuff that I was paying like R1000 with Miway which you made me cancel and now I'm gonna have to pay like R300 more each month because of your lousy mistake and all she could say to me was... I'm really sorry for that... CHEATS!
