On 17 July there was an attempted on my car. Wires/electronics were damaged/tampered with and the car wouldn't start. PPS towed the car and a week later it was taken to one of their panel beaters. Two weeks later I started following up with the panel beater about progress but they could never tell me how much longer they would have the car. I phoned PPS almost every day as I was getting anxious, and they would tell me that they will contact the panel beater and get back to me. NO ONE AT PPS EVER PHONES BACK! I started nagging them every day and no one could give me definite answers. FOUR WEEKS after the incident the panel beater phones me and tells me that my car wont start and they don't know why, so they are taking it it toyota. Four weeks?!?! Within a day Toyota tells me what the problem is and they order a transponder computer box. Today I am still sitting without a car, because toyota is waiting for the part, which should've been ordered over a month ago. I am so angry with PPS & their lack of competence in dealing with their service providers and keeping me updated. I don't know when I will get my car back and I am so frustrated because I am still using public transport
