I pay a monthly amount into your acc, that covers my HOC, yet when I wanted to claim for damages caused trough rain. you want to tell me that my claim was rejected due to a contractor u provide and your call centre staff has the nerve to tell me that it wont be covered I asked your staff member are they sure this contractor is the only registered contractor that can provide a statement and your people told me yes... so I tell u what u can go urself I will never do business with u again.
