Manager was shouting at me and kept telling she is calm on a issue of not being told that i must get quotes for the claims. she was insisting that i must have receipt on the the laptop that was and they will not be able to assist until i get the invoices although i told them i don't have receipt for the laptop as it was a gift at the time
