Assault of 58 year old disabled customer in PO

Whilst speaking to Mrs Pieterson, PO proprietor, for help regarding sewerage removal coz pmts office was shut, despite opening times marked on door. She raised her voice rudely, saying she was too busy to be there & I was a. I asked her not to use that tone with me as a customer simply asking for service. I paid her R250. She raised her voice as I did not have the exact R247. An unknown gentleman behind me was shouting in my ear. I told him I don't know u & refrain from interrupting me as I was trying to sort things out with this lady. After pmt in cash I asked for a receipt. Mrs Pieterson in a raised voice said I could not give you a receipt. I said I need a receipt. All the time this gentleman was shouting at me despite my please to be quiet. Mrs Pieterson rudely said u will have to come to the office to get your receipt! I said no, you can get the receipt whilst I wait here. The enraged gentleman forced me out with his enlarged tummy. He removed his glasses & shoved me out the door swearing & calling me names. I was rebuked by the staff to GET OUT! Later Mrs Pieterson denied any knowledge of the assault as I collected my receipt. The offender was Mrs Pieterson's husband.
