They take your money and do nothing else!

I have paid Debt Rescue more than R11000 to cause me unnecessary legal expenses (another R15000 probably) trying to avoid loosing my house - all because they don't send out documents in time and don't send out the required information. You never ever deal with the same person twice and nobody have any idea what anybody else is doing. After the legal 60 days was over, I got urgent messages that they require documentation that they haven't asked for before for the court application. My homeloan was excluded by then already because the 60 days was over, yet they still wanted me to pay the full amount that was supposed to be distributed to the bank. They charged about R7000 for legal fees, yet haven't even done a court application. They distribute ridiculous amounts during the first month (also not legal). They have a very promising website - don't fall for any of that! They can't do their job so none of those promises are applicable. When I asked for a transfer and my money back - that was also ignored for 2 weeks (legally they have to respond in 24 hours). Got the transfer letter today but still no signs of the money. Guess I'll have to wait for the NCR investigation!
