Unauthorised Debit transaction/ my money

We have vehicle finance through ABSA, our payments are up to date and we recently went onto debit rescue and we were going to pay them through the debt rescue people, and the payment went off this month by the debt people. then absa took the payment again and a extra R1400 and when i phoned them the accounts department said that we could not go onto debt rescu because legal action was already taken against us, which is a complete blatant lie, we are up to date and we were still going to pay them fully but we had to go through the debt rescue people. they say they will contact us about a month ago and nobody phoned. i was give a number to contact as follows 0861005901 and to speak to Brian. we are tired of absa stories we want our money back, the debt rescue people have sent letters and made numorous calls to absa even they say absa is the worse people to deal with. they basically our money.
