Excellent service with compassion

I fell victim to a smash & grab incident last night on my way home. Contacting the MiWay Call Centre this morning to get my window repaired was an absolute pleasure.

The agent who assisted me, Surprise, went out of her way to ensure that my window was replaced today to ensure my safety. She was friendly and compassionate which means so much if one had a traumatic experience.
