SHOCKING SERVICE

In march, I logged a claim for a repair for a pothole for my vehicle. I was given a curtosy car for 30 days. April passed and i still have not received my car. week after week i am told the vehicle is not finsihed with the panel beater

I am so shocked at the level of services i am receiving with standard bank insurance. till to date. i am still not happy and have not received my vehilce.

I have spoke to the following people at standard bank

Funeka Ngewu
Noreen Beytell.

I am forced to cancell my insurance with standard bank month end. also if i dont get my car back by monday i am taking the matter legallly.
