In March I have made a stop order on my bank account to a JUSTSAVE account at Nedbank, the bank debited my account and after three days the decided to cancel the JUSTSAVE account without consulting me. I called customer care the informed that the stop order has run as normal but my savings account was closed so i asked what to do. The agent so i should go to the branch, today i went to the branch the checked the see that the stop order has run. The consultant called Clifton Phahlane prints the statement and send me to the teller and the teller tells me that the stop order did not run but I personal transferred the money from the ATM machine outside the bank to the JUSTSAVE account and that means I need to go to the enquires and he ref me to Paulina Mosweli, I call Paulina she said she can't assist me over the phone I should come to the bank and go to enquiries. I then asked to speak to the manager and I am still waiting for her. It's a month now I am waiting for Nedbank to sort this problem.
