I joined the hub about 8months ago, and I have not received a single account or statement from them. I have phoned them on numerous occassions to verify my address details only to be advised that its correct. Every month I have no idea how much is due? I have contacted them via email on their own website and it has been over a week and i still have not received a response. I have even requested that my statement be emailed to me. All I want is information about my statement every month which I am entitled to and which the hub is legally obliged to provide me. The only response for not having my statement the hub tried to blame the postal service, what for the last 8 months, I do not think so!
