NSFAS Call centre assistance not helpfull

When I was calling in call centre today at NSFAS, I was treated like dirt, the assistant when answered the phone she sounded sleepy and sounded not willing to help me with my query and then the next thing while she asked what my ID number is, while i am giving her my ID number she dropped the line.
Firstly before she asked my ID number, I said I needed her to explain some interest on my account, she said can i send you a statement I said no, i would like explanation, then she said give me your ID number while i was giving her she dropped the line,
I mean thats bad service and NSFAS would be like people are not paying their debts, its because they are treated bad, and they are not being helped
