PATHETICALLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I changed place of work in October 2012 and notified Direct Axis of this telephonically, as well as updated my statement e-mail address. On the 24th of OCTOBER 2012 my statement was sent to my old address. Ever since then, I have NUMEROUS TIMES requested telephonically and via their online service that my e-mail address should be updated and that they send me my latest statement. In the week of 16 January, I requested my statement and update of details THREE times. Eventually they responded and today only do I receive a statement, on the 24th of JANUARY 2013, exactly THREE MONTHS AFTER my initial request and the statement is dated 25 OCTOBER 2012??? This is UTTERLY PATHETIC, DISGUSTING and UNEDUCATED customer service!!! WORST of all, this is a summative statement and not a detailed statement as requested!!!
