Good day
on the 27 february 2013 I sent an sms written metro to 44177 and the same day i received the sms giving me my refrence number of 20425560. Afterthat I received the call from one of the consulatants requesting my information and she told me that if they can't beat my insurance i will be paid R400.00.
After the call i received another sms with the login pin code and when i tried to login in their website i was not succesfull.
On the 04 Aprl 2013 around 14h03 I called Outsurance and spoken to Petrusand he transfered to another department where I hold on for more than 10 minutes and i dropped the phone.
As I am writting this email i have never received the money I was promised to receive due to the fact that they did not manage to beat my insurance.
