Poor turnaround time and no proper feedback

I wish to express my utter dissatisfaction and anger with the service that I recently receive from Clientele. After finding out that possible might be occuring on my account with Clientele, I immediately followed up with them. I was told to speak to the department, which I did on the 09th July 2013.Spoke to Latoya Smith and she informed me that the matter will be investigated and the turnaround is 5 working days. This is now past 5 working days, still no feedback and what makes matters even worse, I never received once correspondence from Clientele re: the policy in question. This is completely unacceptable, for all I know might be happening internally on my account, hence the no feedback. I have taken this matter up with my Attorney as well and hopefully she will get to the bottom of this, seeing that me, as the client are not getting any conclusive feedback.
Another consultant by the name of Augustine could not even cancel this particular policy, after I informed him that I have put a stop order on my account. SO HOW DOES ONE UNDERSTAND THIS: YOU SUSPECT SPEAK TO A CLIENTELE CONSULTANT AND YOU ARE TOLD NO, THAT DIVISION CAN'T ASSIST.
