CALLING CLIENT WITH FALSE INFO THEN DROP THE LINE

I received a call on the 08/08/13 from 011 891 3000, the lady from STDB PERSONAL LOAN DIVISION called me to thank me for my account being up todate... my worry is one when they call a client they just ask for your date of birth they dont do security checks with the client, now today the 14/08/13 received a same call but different number which is 011 981 8300 and the guy first announced his name and luckily i did pick it up and wrote it down and he said his name was NKOSINATHI he explained the nature of the call but this time im on arrears and since i took a loan with STDB i never skipped a payment, i aksed him if its regarding my CREDIT CARD OR PERSONAL LOAN TO CONFIRM AND HE ASK ME TO HOLD THE LINE, BY THE TIME WAS ON HOLD HE IS TALKING ON THE BACKROUND LIKE READING OUT MY PROFILE NOT AWARE THAT I CAN HEAR HIM... I COULDNT WAIT FOR HIM TO UNMUTE ME, THE TIME HE COMES BACK TO ME 1ST THING THAT CAME TO MY MIND WAS TO GET HIS NAME AND SURNAME AGAIN BUY THE TIME I AKSED FOR HIS NAME HE KEPT QUITE THEN DROPPED THE PHONE ON MY EAR CAUSE I WANNET TO TELL HIM THAT HE IS SO INCOMPETENT AS HE DIDNT KNOW WAT HE WAS DOING... FOR CRYING OUT LOUD I TRUSTED STDB NOT EXP THIS
