No Customer Service!

I am SO disgusted with your customer service and call centre

1 - They cannot even assist when asking simple questions
2 - You cannot even allocate payments when using the correct reference numbers, I have to send you proof of payment and do your job that I pay you for!
3 - Your call centre agents attitude is disgusting
4 - I will NEVER again use MFC to finance any of my vehicles!
5 - I have sent several emails to [Email Removed] and they don't even attend to the queries
