Personal Loan - ITC

To whom it may concern,

I currently still have a personal loan with Nedbank for ammount R29000-00. I failed to make payments and was handed over and listed on ITC. I'm not even sure to which company I was handed over and who is handeling this account. No one has even tried making contact with me in the past 12months. I would like to make the necassary arrangements to get this account paid up but I do not know to whom I should speak to get this on track again. Can you please assist urgently!
