Clientele - False advertising, Money making

When I searched for a good medical aid, Clientele was on the ball and their service was excellent. That is why we used them. After they got our banking details, etc. and started taking our money, dealing with them is impossible!! They promise a response within 24 hours, which is absolute rubbish!! it takes them weeks to respond to anything. Then, I sent in a complaint to their customer service department, which someone called me and promised me this and that. I have now received an email which took them a month!!! I still have not received my contracts etc, after they promised me twice they would send it. I have been with them for about 3 months now and i still don't know what we are covered for! They are quick to take your money, but they couldn't care less about the client. This is a money making!!!
