Claim not processed for five months

In March 28 I was retreanched then proceeded to claim at bargaining council in April the 10. I was given a letter that says `my claim will be paid in June 30`. July 10 went back, then I sent to SALT Employee Benefits. I spoke to Kenine (Team Leader) who assured me that I was to be paid whith in 15 days by the 2 Aug. It is bow 13 Aug but funny because my claim is still not even processed according to Mpumi who even refused to escalate my problem to Sharon van Groenen. This is even after I explain to her that I have been trying to call for a week already but stil she was not allowed to escxallate it.
