Why on earth must I be penalised and charged a R50.00 lost card fee when YOUR ATM swallowed my card, that is no fault of mine!!! Different if I lost the card but hey come on guys, your ATM malfunctions and you charge the client??? To me that is daylight! I would very much appreciate you reversing that R50.00 back into my account - it IS NOT MY FAULT!!!
