Good Afternoon

Obviously this is the only way to get Standard banks attention.
My account was recently compromised, i reported the problem with you yesterday, i have yet to get any feedback. scary part is by the time you will get back to me, this could be aprehending other accounts, ( i have the gentlemens details who hacked my account) got them 3 hours after i logged my call with you, i dont know how an investigation takes 3 days, when i figured it out in 3 hours. can someone please call me, as i am sick of holding for 10 minutes every single hour the whole day with out even talking to someone.
Please also note i expect my money to be fully refunded as this is your security problem, not mine, there should be measures in place to stop people from using a card on the internet for tranactions, oh by the way i also got one of the payments reversed before the transaction happened, ( pleasure).
i am sick of the lack of service your company has, i think this is my fourth complaint abot standard bank in 3 months. you are supposed to be a service provider, yet im providing my own service as i always have to get things sorted out with your incompetent company.
