Threatning SMS's

It is my responsibility to ensure that monies owed from African Bank are paid in full- please accept my apologies for my late payments.

On that note I'm not entirely happy with your debt collector: ITC-BA as I'm now getting all sorts of threatening correspondences from them I quote"We about to advise our client that they apply for judgement on you for African bank acc ref 13063158315"

I have made a mutual agreement with them (Spoke with Wendy)- and a payment was made and such sms's are very scary and threatening to us.

May I request you I pay straight to African bank not ITC-BA, I didn't sign anything nor do any business with them but African bank and im honest that I will be paying African bank moving forward. Im just not happy with such correspondences from them else im taking this to consumer protection counsellor and financial services board.
